We want you to shop with confidence. Upon delivery, you are welcome to open and inspect your package before accepting it. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it immediately to the courier at the time of delivery.

For prepaid orders, a PKR 500 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refunded amount if the order is returned.

Any return or exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that returns and exchanges cannot be processed after the 7-day return window has expired.
